Departmental Overview

Naturopathy recognizes the digestive tract as the primary seat of health and pathology. This department spearheads clinical fasting protocols (water, juice, intermittent), scientific nutritional planning, raw food diets, and botanical herbal therapies to treat metabolic syndrome, obesity, diabetes, and autoimmune conditions.

Clinical Applications
  • Therapeutic fasting for reversing Type 2 Diabetes, Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease, and Obesity
  • Prescription of eliminative, soothing, and constructive diets for chronic renal and cardiac patients
  • Anti-inflammatory raw food therapy for rheumatoid arthritis and skin pathologies
  • Preparation of traditional botanical herbal decoctions, compresses, and poultices
Practical & Hands-On Training
  • Formulating customized meal plans and calculating caloric/macronutrient balances
  • Inpatient ward monitoring of fasting physiology (ketones, blood glucose, electrolytes, vitals)
  • Culinary preparation of therapeutic juices, alkaline salads, and specialized therapeutic meals in the diet lab
  • Herbal identification, extraction, and compounding in the medicinal botanical lab
